That rider was the defending champion Czech Roman Kreuziger in the 2009 Tour de Suisse. He started the day in 3rd and dropped to 7th after the TT. He went into the last 2 kilometers still hoping to keep his lead over Tony Martin but didnt know he he had failed until he had looked back to see the time, if you watch it you can see him looking up at the time. He kept his head down like a true professional. He might not be a TT specialist, but only Martin and Cancellara beat him.
