it came from the netherlands and just last week,

i bought the bass version, model 2388b. its the ibanez/rick copy

bass version of this guitar.

i will post a video of it next week, a few days. u should come back and have a look at it.

@SpikeAndersson Thx Spike. I Love this guitar. Seriously. I doubt folks realize what a substantial guitar this is. It's built really well and it's a great guitar to have around. I wonder why Ibanez didn't add the phase switch because they installed them in so many of their own models. The whammy bar is an early '70's Ibanez whammy. I think this one is pretty dang rare. I see other model Rick's copied and available for purchase a heck of alot more than I see this one.

I use to own one. Cost me about $160 new early 80's, sold it some years later still in mint for $300. Wish i still had it. Ive never seen one since, thanks 700!!

If people hear the word "copy" and have any negative thoughts, man,

they are really missing out on something here and with all

of Ibanez's "copy" guitars. In so many instances, they are BETTER than the originals. I'm not saying this 2388 is better but...

it's a really well-made substantial guitar.

it's actually a big guitar.

alot of wood involved with this one.

I wish I paid what you paid! I paid like 4x more!
