I have both systems connected to the same tv each with hdmi setup. psn is free and actually runs smoother than live now as well. i dont know why im still paying for live. 360 is a rip off

You're comparing two completely different games. Yes, they're both first person shooters, but this game is mainly focused in multiplayer, where Modern Warfare 2 is aimed for single player. You cannot compare the two games.
Modern Warfare 2 might be a good singleplayer -game, but it does not pwn this in multiplayer -side. Seeing this game was way longer in multiplayer development than Modern Warfare 2 has been overall.

You completely misunderstood my question. I was actually giving MAG props since ARMA and OPF are being hyped so much for the big #'s (majority AI bots) when MAG can do ALL HUMAN players.
PS3 has good games(Infamous, Little big planet) but aswell does 360(GTAIV The lost and damned, Saints row 2: Ultor exposed) Each has games that are exclusives and are good.

Sony originally owned the GTA Series, for the first 3 GTA games were on Ps, Then The Ps2 got GTA3 and Vice City. Then Rockstar had to go and give Xbox Vice City, San Andreas etc. etc., meaning xbox can't get any games made for exclusive to them... besides GoW and Halo like echo said of course. You're comparing two completely different games. Yes, they're both first person shooters, but this game is mainly focused in multiplayer, where Modern Warfare 2 is aimed for single player. You cannot compare the two games.

Modern Warfare 2 might be a good singleplayer -game, but it does not pwn this in multiplayer -side. Seeing this game was way longer in multiplayer development than Modern Warfare 2 has been overall.
In either case; like I care-> I'll buy both.

the only reason why people say the xbox is good, is because of the games there selling. Its rediculous though how much there pricing everything, microsoft sucks so much for making pay for useless shit for the 360, when I could have gotten a awesome ps3 that plays blu ray, and has free live.

Yes there will always be noobs who don't listen and hardcore gamers who think they are Rambo, but I think most people will learn to play teamwork. If anything thats what clans and friends are for. contact? maybe u should put down the crack. 360 is a crap console with a bunch of bugs. i have both consoles and have never experienced any problems with the ps3. on the other hand, the first 360 was broken and i had to return it. not to mention that the ps3 has a wireless adapter built into it that works perfectly, while on 360 i paid 100 fucking bucks for a crap adapter which doesnt work properly for me or any fo my friends. thats 360 for u buddy.

i completely agree with about2xplode. the fact that this is only on ps3 will make it so much better. who cares if you cant customize your guy like its not that big of a deal, i also heard that you may have to pay monthly for the 0 lag servers? idk tho but since live is alrdy free, it wont be that big of a deal i guess. and i dont know how you guys think cod modern warfare 2 will be better than this, this is going to be like a real war with that much people.

in all honesty, i wasnt too impressed. yes the idea of massive shootouts is apealing, and original, it looks like call of duty with a shit load of more people. im not saying that its bad, i love the vehicular combat, but to say that this game is "halo's rival" i think is an overstatement

Sony originally owned the GTA Series, for the first 3 GTA games were on Ps, Then The Ps2 got GTA3 and Vice City. Then Rockstar had to go and give Xbox Vice City, San Andreas etc. etc., meaning xbox can't get any games made for exclusive to them... besides GoW and Halo like echo said of course. I guess what I'm saying here is....Microsoft needs to stop standing in the shadows of Sony, and get off their ass.

I've been awaiting the Halo rival game. Remember hearing something be announced back when halo 2 just came out for ps2 to get a game similar to halo. Few years later looks like it's finally shown itself. Looks like it'll do pretty well. Can't believe im saying this but.. i envy you ps3 owners. 256 players at once.. enuff said. and ps3 servers don't usually get high bench marks but this game has it's own servers built from the ground up. So I believe they know about the terrible lag the usual ps3 servers have. They're not stupid. Trust me when I say,"They know about the lag."
