I've been having really bad headaches since november now, also I've had major problems taking craps. I always feel like there is more in my system, and I know I've eaten a lot of garbage over the years. Does this cleanse get rid of all the toxins in your colon and what not? Thanks
Great video. The days you need more sleep are detox days usually 2,3 & 7. Your comments on body building are spot on. The Master Cleanse doesn't have protein for it, but lots of energy for walking. I tell people on my 24/7 free Internet forum, TheRawFoodSite (dot) com, it's knowledge, not willpower that counts.

I love your documentary. It's very true to the MC experience. This is day 1 of my 2nd MC on You Tube. I decided to go 21 days this time around and am looking forward to the whole experience. Thanks for the comments=) I did loose weight, but I put a little back on after the cleanse which is expected...but I've been exercising and eating right so I have a healthy look going on. I still drink the 8 glasses of water and that helps alot too. Once again thanks for coming thru, and keep rockin!

Best thing I can say about the cravings is drink more lemonade=) Also drink alot of water, but that's all you can really do. I do have a really cool way u can also drink the lemonade though...all u have to do is use all the same ingredients, add ice and put it in a blender and you have a Lemonade Smoothie! It's really good for the mornings & evenings. As far as exercise, just do light cardio, no heavy weights or lifting...other than that, congrats in advance and enjoy ur journey!

Now i have something to look forward to... it's always right before the benefits kick in where you want to quit! but like you said, if you read the book, prepare yourself mentally and have a goal set in place, it will get you thru.
Yeah, it can get pretty tough during the master cleanse. It's really mind over matter and when you focus on the reward, it easy to know why your doing it in the first place. Once you get to day 7, the rest is a breeze. Congrats in advance and thanks for stopping through my world=)

Yes u do=) Well, u have to drink the herbal tea only @ night...but u have to drink the lemonade every day ur on the fast.
