With commercials like this, you could always tell which video games would make an impact. More cinematic graphics didn't overshadow everything else, it was just all in good fun. Besides, I personally thought the older graphics were still very atmospheric even though they weren't as developed as today's.

@TuTranGirl I've just found that games that come out from the original developers turn out the best, and after they don't have the series anymore, the next people that grab them aren't...well I'm not going to say they're bad developers, but they just don't measure up to the original ones. Tom Kenny was an excellent voice-actor as Spyro. Too bad, that Spyro games have gone into the deep darkness now, thanks to Sierra and other unoriginal publishers of this game.
