Good video....enjoyed it. Wouldn't a geothermal heating/cooling system be even more efficient than the high efficiency a/c. Also...I didn't see the clothes line for drying clothes. It's so simple that it's almost always overlooked. The rewards of the clothes line cannot be matched by any other device or system...dollar for dollar.

Hm, the paving looks a bit like you could break your toe when you walk it barefood.
