In fact, Parkour is the way to go from a place A to a place B the most efficiently as possible. Freerunning is the art to move, with grace, you don't have to be fast. FREERUNNING CAN BE CONSIDERED LIKE PARKOUR, BUT PARKOUR IS MORE TECHNIQUE, and FREERUNNING MORE Beautiful. At the moment when you do a backflip, it's considered like Freerunning.

@KA780ZE I guess more then 80% of all the people do both pk and freerunning. People are doing pk and fr together without having to argue about what it should be named how perfect would that be? Besides working out while using urban areas is conciderd a part of parkour to so the A-B part is therefore not 100% true. Just agree with that it's all movement and stop this stupid discussion so the next generation can grow up with a parkour and freerunning that is fun and where the name doesn't matter!
