honestly the e-revo MMM weights about 10lbs and the rustler is no more than 4, and the e-revo is 4wd and stuff and the rustler is 2wd but the e-revo can go almost 90+ with a 6s, so this may go like 100

Well we gutted it for the electronics for the e maxx a while ago. But now that my brother bought the savage flux, he has no need for the e maxx. It is weak. I might try to get the system back on the rusty soon and do some speed runs.

i just snapped my rustler chassis in half. it was partly because the 2 screws holding the rear shock tower to the transmission case were too short and when put under stress just ripped out and caused the chassis to snap. would it be worth it to go flm over stock

flm transmission case, jato spur, 5mm pinion, and no nothing will get damaged.

oh hell yeah. It is a handful. It will wheelie with a nick of the throttle. No joke it is very very touchy. But my brother keeps having the problem of the roll pin in the top gear comming out. We are going to drill out the hole and put a bigger pin in it to handle the power. The stock ones just shreds.

Yea it is not really it staying is so much as the pun shattering. It just breaks into a couple pieces and falls apart. The bigger stronger pin will help.

NIce, sweet project. HPI springs pins are alot stronger than the roll pins that come with the rustler, so you might try those first.

My friend did the math, it is supposed to do 103 with the gearing now. 147 with a 38 tooth spur and 200mph with 1 to 1 ratio. That is if you can keep it under control.
