@savadelis U would not always hear a screech or anything. He said its raining so windows are up and plus it sounds like it could have been low speed at an intersection, so not much to tire screech or crunch. Also if you dont remain calm seeing an accident then I guess your not the one calling 911? Im a firefighter and the only time I'm not calm is when I find an accident before they dispatch it and someone is in bad shape, Im not calm but maintain composure. If no ones hurt why not be calm?
