@AER8PUNCH Hah, yeah. The knees dont look like much on the bag, but they're actually extremely devastating. I believe they deliver the most force your "legs" can dish out. Ah thanks for the props. I'm just trying to keep a physical record for myself and mark my improvement. I've still got a long way to go @-@
