  • wayofaway: Its a 45kg so 3 kg short of the beast, dipping awy under the bell is technique (more appriopriate for beginners) standing up like that requires legit trunk strength. Benefits in both, but the goal of the exercise here is increased strength of the midline.

  • Badass! Is that the Beast? ... on that bent-press, you should squat down out of it not windmill up, it keeps your back safer... but totally awesome!

  • nice lift!great strenght, liked the hand switch also!
