He's not drunk but emotionally high, which I can say comes to of equivalence with the feeling of being drunk. I have played music long enough at least to feel emotionally high.

The high feels like an uncontrollable faucet literally. All emotions come out to merge as one and bam; emotional climax.

And jongwan's vocals hit every high note, while screaming, which is extremely hard to do. This band, is just pure genius. Pure genius. Hope they come back soon.

this is part of seotaiji's concert and he was not drunk!!, in america or maybe other european countries, i'm not sure but seems like they could drink while the concert or before the concert but in korea, i don't think they can drink, well if they do, then they can't be allowed to sing on stage,
