A realy nice overview of the best race in the world!! I have completed 9 of them and will return to South Africa in 2010 to do number 10. I truely is something that every runner must try at least once.

Just over 10 hours. I'll have to do a bit better next time round. Ironically I've never done a 42.2k run. I've done 40's and 50's, but never a 42.2... go figure!
