I don't know why in skyrim they use the speedtree tree rendering engine like they did in oblivion. Skyrim's trees look so stiff. Stiff wood. They don't sway in the wind or anything. Just being nit picky i guess. It was one of my favorite things about oblivion though.

well i just tried some of the texture mods, i have a gtx 295 and it played the game flawlessly before those mods were installed, frame rate went into the toilet...i guess that just goes to show you how bad they crippled the textures originally

@steven4570 textures should not really affect the frame rate, I have a 6770m on my laptop with a couple of hd textures on armor and multiple weapons, do you have a lot of new textures installed or just a few

@baitboy3191 i had the 2k textures and the serious HD Re textured landscape mod installed and it didnt matter whether i had both of them activated or one of them activated the frame rate went into the teens, was very choppy and would crash when fast traveling to cities. i de-activated those 2 and everything went back to normal. the water and the smoke and embers mods work fine

Sorry guys but this game is ridiculous..there goes $59.99 for nothing, the movement are ridiculous, the fighting is just weird it's not fun at all, maybe the storyline is great and that's why most of the people love it? I don't know but for me I don't want to continue playing a game like that. For $59.99 it would be better and much more fun if I just spent it on porno..I know that must people don't care what I say but I just want to WARN the people who didn't buy it yet.

@GolzeD2009 I haven't tried out the game yet, I've played oblivion, fallout 3, and new vegas though. The thing about bethesda's rpgs is that they are usually HUGELY over hyped. I felt the same way playing fallout 3 and new vegas. But when I discovered the mods I just found the games to be really enjoyable, the level of control that the modding gives is just awesome. But to be honest I don't think I would get skyrim because I'm really not into fantasy rpgs, same reason why i didnt like oblivion.
