  • It's AS STRONG AS WOOD, people! More people need to view this!!!

  • Very nice! I love that you painted it. Recycled crafts do not have to look like they're made of garbage! I plan to make many many of these. Thank you for sharing

  • Thank you very much for this wonderful inspiration! This is very attractive, i shall make one!

  • luv your ketchup bottle glue!!! just dont use it on ur sandwich, or you will never be able to pick the lettuce off!!

  • Very Creative..Thank you for sharing the idea.. :)

  • You can find those big cereal boxes at Costco. The glue sticks better to the painted box because the cereal box has a coating on the outside of it. If you don't want to paint it, you should use your hot glue gun instead of regular glue.

  • Nice way to recycle..... thanks for sharing your ideas

  • This is very nice, both the idea and the execution.

You seem to be a very nice and thoughtful lady.

I do have a few questions before I try it myself:

    1. Why do you paint the box before glueing the newspaper rolls? What is the point in that - the newspaper rolls cover it anyway.

    2. What kind of paint did you use for the brown box to make it look like a wooden box?

    3. Where did you get the giant cereal box? lol

  • This is very nice, both the idea and the execution.
