You can find those big cereal boxes at Costco. The glue sticks better to the painted box because the cereal box has a coating on the outside of it. If you don't want to paint it, you should use your hot glue gun instead of regular glue.

You seem to be a very nice and thoughtful lady.
I do have a few questions before I try it myself:
1. Why do you paint the box before glueing the newspaper rolls? What is the point in that - the newspaper rolls cover it anyway.
2. What kind of paint did you use for the brown box to make it look like a wooden box?
3. Where did you get the giant cereal box? lol

First of all thank you for your comments I appreciated that!
1-Becauseis easy to paint after.
2- I used latex paint, but you can use any kind.
3 I leaving California and we have this kind box, but you can use in your preference.
