Sasuke fought Danzo & beat him by himself, & who cares if tobi or madara wants 2 use sasuke as a pawn & l didn't say anything about that, once again sasuke defeated Danzo with out madara's help he just sat back & enjoyed the show. And Itachi helped Sasuke in a similar way as Orochimaru did in Sasukes previous fights (Orochimaru: Curse Mark; Itachi: Mangekyou Sharingan). And Sasuke is even better with the Mangekyou than Itachi was.

The Raikage is fast that's the problem for Naruto.
And Itachi didn't have his illness when fighting against nagato.
And with the EMS, Sasuke is closer to pains level now.
