@7bladeschnieder Don't think Key can. Every artist has his magnum opus; and this is without a doubt Key's. He can't make something better.
I also wouldn't give all the credit to key.. The studio that made the anime did an AMAZING FUCKING JOB at it. The quality of the voice acting, the animations. Heck, even the fight scenes were of top quality.
@Tobbywar i agree. everything about this anime was just so perfect. it had a perfect blend of emotions and connected with its viewers. i myself doubt that Key will ever make an anime as great as Clannad, but just that little piece of me hopes that one day they will make another anime that will make me smile, laugh, and cry as much as this one.

I think I never suffered so much by what happened to a character ..
Clannad always knows the right music to get a really good feel of the emotion at that moment. And it always works. :( This song makes my throat close.

@TexasDSi I was really thinking of them continueing it based on Ushio growing up. Probably a season or two untill she is a grown woman. Idk I thought it would be nice to see her grow up and with Tomoya and Nagisa helping her with issues. Just sounds like something that could happen. :)

later on that week i did finish the show, i was confused but some comments on other vids cleared it up for me. i love this show it is amazing. anyone can relate to SOMETHING in this show and that is why it touched so many hearts, loss is what i can relate to. thats why i could barely finish it after Nagisa died. i almost cried. and i never did that for any movie or show before

@thorahn96 *SPOILER* Well... after all that they do come back though, through the illusionary world. If you watch everything carefully and the episode that goes back and explains a bunch you'll see it happened the same way Nagisa was saved when she was a child.

@Mith256 As much as I love this anime, I do not wish for it to continue. This is my favorite show ever, made me feel things I never thought I would feel while watching it... still, if it were to continue, all of the greatness it has now would be diluted. All good things must come to an end, and without an ending, how can one appreciate something? It simply isn't possible. I believe it wouldn't be as praised as it is now if it had gone on for more seasons. They did what they set out to do...
This moment right here is when I shed the most tears i've ever shed in my life watching anime or movies in general.
