@123456cephiro no the dancing girl on the steer wasn't a seizure she is supposed to be entertainment. This girl is popping or if you wanna call it like almost robotic they just fast forward to make it look fast I see why you might think it was a seizure her eyes were rolling back because it was almost like a replay to start with her peace sign. I think this is the girl from the Polysics video, "I, My, Me, Mine." She's also known as "Strong Machine 2". Her father is also a dancer and known as "Strong Machine" This was probably a commercial prior to her appearence in the Polysics video as her age is a bit younger.
