Yo, I've been learning K-style basics in GunZ for a while.
I've learned precise jump techniques and Touchdown teamplay in S4League.
I've learned various attack combos in SSBM and SSBB.
All games have their own styles of metagaming. I highly doubt MAIET would completely neglect the K-style community: they were nice enough to implement gameplay mechanics in GunZ 2 that accomplish the same things K-style did.

@yamidudes Let me tell you a short story. I began to play Gunz because a friend told me it was a pretty fun shooter that let you run on walls/jump off walls, I checked it out just before K-style was getting popular, got to level 60 in about a week stopped playing due to school. Came back about a month later and K-Style was just everywhere. Trust me dude. It was ALOT more fun before.

Muscle memory is the best memory in your body so its not that difficult once you get past the learning curve. Kstyling isn't hard, requires patience and practice and pew pew :)

I began to play Gunz because a friend told me it was a pretty fun shooter that let you run on walls/jump off walls, I checked it out just before K-style was getting popular, got to level 60 in about a week stopped playing due to school. Came back about a month later and K-Style was just everywhere. Trust me dude. It was ALOT more fun before.

@Rollthebuddah Yes Gunz is a shooter indeed. But you are certainly wrong about the glitch part. KS is not a glitch. Its a style made from MAIET ITSELF to have sword gameplay much more interesting and fun. And everyone can learn to do ks, just need some practice.

@Rollthebuddah You make kstyle sound really difficult. Sure its a bit confusing at first. But if you practice for a month you'll atleast be decent at it. And as time goes by its like 2nd nature. Muscle memory is the best memory in your body so its not that difficult once you get past the learning curve. Kstyling isn't hard, requires patience and practice and pew pew :)

Thanks god, now we can enjoy Gunz as it should and not having to learn the k-style which is retarded and ruins the game making all guns except shotgun useless. Hopefully The Second (By the looks of it anyway) guns seem to work as they should and melee as they are supposed to.

@MasacruRo I guess you are right, the first gunz was all about exploiting the katana and required some crazy keyboard warrior shit skills. Still never figured out how to do that triple butterfly crap. On another note, it's about time gunz got the revamp it deserves. I'm trying to find mmofps games where you can go around and kill monsters, collect weapons items and money to be used in versus mode and farm/fight massive bosses.

Goodbye k-style, and goodbye all the posers whining about that. I quit playing this 6 years ago because of lag problems. Once they were fixed, everyone in the game played like tools. If I beat them without using 'k-style', they'd complain that I 'cheated' in not using the fucking glitches and they had me banned. They're threatening not to play this game? Good riddance. Thin the herd. I'll play this while they derp around in the first game for another 6 years.

K-Style, butterfly, slashshot etc. are the only things that make this title worth playing instead of whatever the latest generic shooter.
