I was in United Business Class, seated in the upper deck (18H) I had IFE with individual LCD screen - The service was wonderful - If you are flying Business Class, I would recommend a seat in the main cabin as opposed to the upper deck

Also noteworthy in this video: the pictures at the end show how we saw the sun nearly set (~4 hrs into flight) and than come back up, as we made our way west.
