AHAHAHAHAHAHA you forgot to where to put the knobs to ahahahaha!!!! Man sounds like you are using an old school amp. I got myself a line 6 spider amp which has a bunch of presets. So all i have to do is press a button to get a clean sound or a heavy distroted sound. Amps with presets are the way to go.

I too have a line 6 spider amp, and i must say it's tone is a little dissapointing. You can go from clean to distorted from clean quickly, but the distortion sounds like absolute crap when you have the amp pointing directly to your face.
