I love both versions of this song, the insane deep vocals at 0:25 are amazing, I wanna here more of that than his higher scream, if thats him with a dubed over voice, that was a bad choice cause that higher scream is annoying, the lower scream he does is just down right brutal and awesome!

as much as i feel Instinct was a far step down from Allegiance, i still like the album. Angel City Gamble, Resist, and Echoes of An Era are legit songs. Sonik isnt that bad, but whats with no pig squeals? haha

To be honest i prefer the vocals of ken maxwell on resist (first version of this song). The album is good i like it but i just cant get into soniks vocals they dont fit abrb. I think he should have stuck with fallen figure. It also sounds like he doesnt try as hard here but thats how i see it we all have our different opinions.

the old as blood runs black was a grainy angry sound, pure deathcore. this has a more mature, melodic death metal feel in my opinion.

Ryan Thomas was the drummer after Lech got kicked. In my opinion Thomas was way better than leche. Fact, Ryan Thomas is my brother, and when this band had him, Nick the bassist, ernie on guitar, sal for back up vocals and guitar and the singer all slept at my house in between tour. it was so fuckin sick.

@sicstraum as blood runs black might have change,but Nick Stewart is the same bass player,in Allegiance and in Instinct,and in my opinion Sonic is way better than chris,but that's just my opinion

hell ya. i have always liked this band and i truly enjoy that they have grown and arent righting the same shit they used to. ppl always say they never like a bands newest album but thats because you always get so accustomed to that sound so when they right something different you dont appreciate it as much. but i love the new sound

Damn, they did a good job of updating their sound without fucking it up too much. They definitely have that older ABRB sound still too though. I feel like I outgrew this sound (like...early deathcoreish?) after about 6 months of listening to allegience, but maybe Ill have to pick this up and give them another stint in my ears.

@kvetonp they really did a very good job,i mean,it sound like an old abrb but without so many mid scremas and more highs,not so paused breakdowns and way more blast beats than in allegiance,because ion allegiance it has more "tupa tupa" drum beat hahaha,it sound a little like the 2nd album of glass casket,but anyhow,this album is gonna be ONE,BIG,UGLY,SICK MOTHERFUCKER and i can't wait to buy it!
