Killer Bees wasn't in Chronicles. I thought City of Brass and Ernham were the big deals of Chronicles... most that set was crap, really.

And I hate the mythic rarity... mtg was costly enough before; it's just ridiculous now.

I really liked the Otarian saga of Magic's storyline. You've got Ambassador Laquatus, Braids, Chainer, Khamal, Braids, and Akroma. I thought the books were fairly compelling material.
