The characters are as follows: Marisa (blond witch, the heroine), Patchouli (the "locked girl" and librarian for Scarlet Devil Mansion:D), Sakuya (chief maid of the same) and Hong Meilin (AKA "China", gatekeeper for the same), as well as their master. Technically, there's an anime, but there's only one episode and it's fan-made as well.
