When a delegation of 60 men from Christian people of Najran came to the Prophet (S), their chief priest discused with him the status of Jesus & asked him as to who Jesus' father was.
Prophet said: 'Do you not know tht a son resembles his father?' They replied: 'Yes'. He said: A lastum ta'lamuna anna rabbana la yamutu wa anna Isa ata 'alaihi-l-fana
Do you not know that our Lord lives for ever while Jesus perished?"

If you know "ARABIC" very well, you will definitly exclude this Hadith as an evidence of Jesus death.
If our prophet (SAW) want to tell them that Jesus is died then he will say:
"عيسى مات والله لايموت" = "Jesus died and God lives forever".
but he said "ألستم تعلمون أن ربنا حي لا يموت، وعيسى يموت؟" = "God lives forever and Jesus perished".

He is telling them Jesus is like any Human and he will die but Allah is alive and will never die.
