Dude, I know it has been mentioned how he does it, but he does it the opposite way round to what you are saying..

You said he speeds up the beat, raps normal and then slows it down.. but if he did that, he would rap normal.. slow it down and when his voice slows down it would become low pitched not high pitched.

Come on man, its common sense.. look at it you'll see what im saying.. just trying to help.
