  • Fuck UAW members. I'm proud to drive my Lexus and work as an investment banker and go to great lengths to support non-union businesses.

  • @737823 I would expect nothing less from a douche-bag parasite posing as King Kong. Our labor creates ALL wealth!

  • no wonder the car companies have gone down the toilet. They can't compete so they go to the politicians and taxpayer to save them from themselves. very few industries have reached this level of decay--thanks to the unions. Quite an accomplishment.

  • @sillyliberals1 They were never in the toilet. They were overseas. They spent all their 90s domestic profit investing in countries where workers were more exploitable & where profits could be made outside of US bankruptcy court jurisdiction. After they had everything up & running abroad, having spent people's pensions, dividends, etc., they could turn to the gov & declare, we're broke (domestically)! And just like that the union is busted & obligations are skirted. An accomplishment indeed.

  • hes fighting to keep a job that hes had for34 years!! retire dumb ass!!!

  • 6:15--Umm, yes, other companies are developing all-electric vehicles. I understand the Nissan Leaf is coming to market this year. Plus, it's already in existence: I saw one recently at a nearby Nissan dealer.

  • Americans will take this country back from the elitist, and their paid minions. We will fight back. We sill not go quietly into that good night, without a fight. The Banksters are stealing us blind, their paid lackeys in Government will feel our votes, the banksters are going to be brought to justice. We will end the Federal Reserve a privately held corporation, and print the money ourselves interest free, and eliminate derivatives. THE FINANCIAL DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA WILL END !

  • YEP I OWN A

  • no he said lazy and fat. appears he was correct

  • If it helps you turn a blind eye to class superiority and injustice - don't forget about their horns, tails and scales.

  • Yu're right, those cameras don't lie, do they?

  • AIG is totally different, they don't have the lousy history as auto industry. first bailout of auto lazy bones was in 1970s. we have pay them $78 per hour for 40 years, that is more than enough!

  • Laziness is making billions off the backs of working people. Overlords have been doing this since the time of Pharos. THAT is more than enough!

"Speculation is only a word covering the making of money out of the manipulation of prices, instead of supplying goods and services." - Henry Ford

  • All that shit aside. No American should foot the bill for you. If the GM or Chrylser can't surive then die already. Let young innovator such as Telsa have a shot to remake the U.S. auto industry. UAW seem to be a dinosaur who can't fathom how the time have changed and no one want the car that make. Get over it! Let young blood have a shot. If i have to foot the bill for the U.S. Auto company. I want it to be Telsa Motors and not crap GM and Chrysler.

  • Thanks for the clarification, Cganilo. But I really don't think Republican Staffers on the Banking Committee will ever perceive union laborers as their equal, no matter how they act, no matter how they dress. Hitting them in the pocketbook is really the only recourse. It's the only language they understand.

  • Memo to UAW: The very least you could have done when going to visit a Senator i sput a shirt and tie on while removing your hats. This shows business acumen and a level of professionalism that the business world expects. Would you go to a job interview like that?

  • Memo to cganilo: I can't see how expressing ones sense of superiority and entitlement through the prestige of fashion and, um, 'professional acumen' has anything to do with speaking truth to power. Would you do that in a board room?

  • Flint, you're missing the point - it has nothing to do with fashion. It's about perception. I support the message that was brought to the table, but for years one of the biggest problems for the UAW was "perception" which as you know sometimes gets confused with reality. The UAW needs support - and acting professionally (which sadly includes the way you look) will go a long way towards achieving what you seek.

  • Can you recommend a disguise maker?

  • They have been wasting your "tax payer money" for decades you dufus!

  • good job UAW
