ffvs13 will be the most epic game ever, but i'm still not sure it can top mgs4, the whole stella and noctis storyline is amazingly tragic, where as mgs4 is just completely epic in all sense of the word all over!!
i love both series but really u can compare mgs4 to ff13, apart from on graphics as they are both in the japenese style. but reli they r too different, plus mgs4 was one of the best in the series and ff13 was far from the best in it's sereis so it's also slightly unfair in that respect as well!!

To tell you the truth I started playing this game I think when Final Fantas 7 was around. Every bit of it is awesome. But dude, how can you possibly compare the characters, music, and storyline and gameplay to MGS. Honestly dude, you shock me..

Oh Yeah, FF series also teaches life lessons. FF7 told the importance of environmentalism, cooperate influence, and politics revolving around a de facto world government. In which case you couldn't understand because you didn't play these games. I've played Metal Gear before, and while I find the main story fun, there isn't much left after completing the whole game. No mini games or side quest that don't have to do with the usual gameplay (e.g. Shooting, stalking, hiding, and etc.)

I like MGS, I'm just saying that the FF series are more diverse. P.S. Final Fantasy does have better cut scene graphics. Square Enix has a better engine than MGS. IN MGS, the skin looks to plastic and dry. What makes FF more better is the Diversity.
Please, Metal gear Solid is nothing compared to Final Fantasy. The final fantasy series beat metal gear in graphics, music (don't believe me, then why the hell do they have so many soundtracks and their own orchestra?), story line (#7 usually wins this fight)and battle scene. Metal Gear solid's game play if more fun since there are more risks, but FF is for strategic people who think about their equipment, armor, weapons, and the enemy's weakness, not people who just blows stuff to kingdom come!
How can u even compare this game to the best legendary metal gear solid series? There is no comparision, metal gear solid series is uncomparable in everyway, storyline, cinematics, music score, character background, mgs4 is art, its beautiful, teaches human values, life, politics, history, spirituality..as a soldier..mgs games...only god could have made it...seriously..
