Chances of that happening are slim to none.

First of all, Nintendo has confirmed their "solution" isn't a HD, which already limits possibilities. Second, Nintendo and Capcom aren't that close anymore ever since Capcom decided to release Resident Evil 4 on PS2 as well and back out of the GC exclusive agreement.
