This ad is not saying that google is reading your mind. It is an ad for google CHROME. In fact, at the end (if you read) it says 'Browse the web, as fast as you think'. It is a brilliant advertising scheme using common phrases that you will automatically finish in your head. Google Chrome's advertising scheme is saying that Your brain processes quickly and your web browser should process as quickly as you do. It is actually a compliment to the human race. It is not, in fact, saying you're dumb.

I HAAATE this ad. I usually never have reactions to ads, or get annoyed by them so much I look them up, but whoever created this ad needs to be guillotined. Right off the bat, the music is WAY TOO LOUD, and you have to either mute it or change the channel immediately when it comes on. Second of all, the concept seems to be saying, we know you're dumb as hell, let us help you by reading your mind when your fat fingers hit those keyboards. All in all a TERRIBLE ad, Mozilla Firefox wins.
