I have one, very similar.
It has a short in the throttle control, though.
It has one- 48 volt battery.

@mrgalleria mine has 2 small battery's, I charged them at 2 amps for 3 hours and my kids can ride on it for almost 2 1/2 hours of non stop riding, they love it.
