That is not parkour that is free running it is completely different. parkour practitioners (traceurs) we only practice speed and strength, the fastest way to get to out destinations, Free runners are all about the aesthetics, and most free runners are just trickers, they don't do any parkour only flips, so please research the practice before going around and using the wrong terms for it.

Well ive seen ur vids man and u have pretty nice spots... u just need to abuse them... See in the spots what u have never done. I also though that there are no good spots in my town but when i got better ive noticed allot more stuff that could be done...

Well if u want to find rooftops u need to look for areas with good rooftops with easy access... "Abuse" well try to use combos that always helps...

the only rooftops we can find that are good, are in highly public areas. And we have already gotten written a warning by a cop and got stopped by someone who owned the store. So my team is hesitant with rooftops, I like some that are in more isolated places. I see , well I hope that we can work on abusing and make a better video.

It takes quite a bit of time. I've been doing parkour for 3 years and I'm still nowhere as good as them.  My guess is at least 6 years of intense training. that includes falling and hrting yourself. just get up and try again.

First, lose weight. [Just for light travel, higher jumps and longer leaps]

Work on your arms. [for climbing]

Work on your stomach [flexing to parkour moves without getting hurt]

Work on your legs. [so you dont break your legs while jumping from a high place]

extra muscles you should work out: wrists, ankles, and chest.
