The writers of the Constitution wrote in later letters and such that the Constitution was an evolving set of fundamental principles that were not entrenched so that it could be mdoified.. It doesn't apply to 'advances in science and the future' because it specifically stays away from meddling with that aspect of life. Freedom and Rights don't become 'ancient' or 'non-applicable' with time. They don't just 'not matter' tomorrow.

Article II Section 2 of the Constitution says that the President is Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and the Naval Forces, but it doesn't mention an Air Force. I guess under Ron Paul's understanding the Air Force is unconstitutional.

Citizen's United decision and Justice Scalia are just two examples of why the Supreme Court should be accountable to someone. There are supposed to be checks and balances, but no one can check the supreme court. If the Executive and Legislative branches both disagree with the Supreme Court, tough shit the supreme court isn't accountable to them. It would be one thing if the supreme court couldn't create laws, but with the legal power of "precedence", they do make laws.

Supreme court Justices don't have term limits so they don't make decisions made on public protest or self gain. For instance the westboro baptist church protest of funerals that they defended as freedom of speech, which was good. Or the many politicians that get jobs in big corporations after their short term limits because of the deals they make.

Citizen's United decision and Justice Scalia are just two examples of why the Supreme Court should be accountable to someone. There are supposed to be checks and balances, but no one can check the supreme court. If the Executive and Legislative branches both disagree with the Supreme Court, tough shit the supreme court isn't accountable to them. It would be one thing if the supreme court couldn't create laws, but with the legal power of "precedence", they do make laws.

By term limit for supreme court it is meant that they serve what is pretty much a life time position without re-election, stepping down when they see fit usually
Senators can be elected for a long time as well, but the difference is they're put up to a vote every 6 years

At the time it may have been necessary because states were essentially autonomous countries, but it's not a good reason to maintain it.

And TAA never said entirely abandon the constitution. he pointed out things that could be improved. For example the main motivation behind having two senators per state despite the size of the state was NOT because it was the best way to fairly represent the people, but because they needed to bribe the smaller state legislatures into ratifying it.

He's explained that this particular video didn't adequately explain that he considers the constitution as a "living document" -- that it should be understood and interpreted with a modern perspective. He's likely deleted because he doesn't want that further confusion.
