His voice is excellent - it conveys the emotional impact of the rhythm and harmonies, which is what AC is all about. It's tribal in that the sound is meant to be acted on and SCREAMED.

this set was SO SHORT!! i was literally just starting to forget i was surrounded by people and then the music stopped and everyone started moving like cattle over to see portishead.. i felt like i was trapped in a nightmare.. prince played for hours and i hallucinated a lot of cars driving at me as i drove home the next morning without sleep. thanks adderal.
