the actress failed in this scene. She's supposed to not see the camera since she is in the dark, and yet she stares directly at the camera.

@polidosk8 im glad that someone finally pointed that out! in REC she was looking for the camera and stuff and when she got dragged she was trying to grab something and quarantine she just stared into the camera and dug her nails into the ground

would be cool with a secound, were the "doctors or soldiers" went in the building finding every dead guy or sikkend guy, but they also find that reporter (main character) not harmed sitting in a corner terrified, they also manage to capture the main monster (btw looks like witch from l4d :P) and they do some research on her, but the virus got a leak, so its now spread all across world. gr8 movie. now i wanna see REC, but if its mostly the same as this one, i rather not, wount see same twice. :P

Well naturally Rec would end the same way as Quarantine -- it's a *remake*. As for the ending, I have to say I liked it simply because happy endings get old and it was the only freaky part in the entire movie ( at least, in Rec it was ). Besides, the alternate ending of Rec leaves it a mystery...

imean it was clever, but they screw it up, and three movies just ruined it, and they all are clones (spoilers here) cloverfeild ended like this, quarantine ended like this"duh" REC most likely ended like this. not to mention tht the characters die to quickely, jeez its just stupid.

Well Cloverfield & Quarantine were inspired in REC and Quarantine is the REmake of REC so it should ended like REC.

@allan0686 Cloverfield was not inspierd by REC, its way not the same, Cloverfield is set in New York, out in the streets, REC and Quarantine was Set in a House, Besides, the "Monster" in Cloverfield was a gigantic..erh thing :P. but in rec it was Rabies, and some hazzard virus,the Monster in clvoerfield was something that was underground for centuries. in Quarantine it was made by a maniac in the addic. its Way not the same..

quarantine is a copy...well, a remake i mean...of Rec, so that's why those two end on the same way...and cloverfield...well i didn't like that

anyway as you say, for a movie it's a cool new idea, for 10 movies it's just boring

Exactly. I love how in REC, you hear the Infected scream before she is dragged away. That is what makes it scary because you know it found her. When the Quarantine girl is just dragged away, it just doesn't have the same feel as REC. Like Juon and Ringu, the original is much better.
