No, I think that was a different actor, cause Midorikawa does Lion's voice (Unless he also does Chal's? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please). But either way, his voice IS pretty high-pitch. If you've heard him do Marth from Fire Emblem, that's more his natural voice than Lion/Heero.

eh well ive inherited selector mode and single play and have 4 nairiki lions while i had a full party and i tried switching lions for more CC in battle but it didnt work

cuz it seems like a bug that developers missed...like philia instant casting EVERYTHING after 128 time stop cancels o.o..that bug was taken out in the directors cut and i wonder if this is too =/

Lion switching to another Lion isn't a glitch. The party has Narikiri Lion equipped, Selector Mode on, and single play on so it allows you to use 1 Lion on the field and switch with other Lions in your party.

how come his CC can reach till 20?? Hw did he do that? And how does he get his CC to recharge so quickly without resting/defend??

when you choose solo play after you beat the game at least once you also double your CC min and max. As for his CC recharging it's because he's also using selector mode, allowing him to change characters in the middle of battle. Since they haven't fought yet their CC will be maxed when he switches, then he just put on 4x nariki Leon dolls. Not really hard to figure out on your own. I did and I don't know single japanese word XD.
