  • I LOVE THE WAY RONNIE SINGS HE IS A TRUE AND A GREAT SINGER

  • Thanks for posting this, I haven't heard it in years. This song really takes me back to when artists actually wrote songs that communicated something. I tend to think of an old girlfriend every time I hear this song, imagine that. Now if iTunes would only make this song available I would be a very "happy camper" indeed!

    Thanks again!

  • this one his most beautiful songs

  • I love this Ronnie Milsap song - I have it on cassette and have been looking for it on CD but no luck yet

  • Do youhave the flip side "Smoky Mountain Rain" I'd like to hear ist. TY

  • @98Malta yes i have the flip side. I have to put get it recorded onto my computer. But the flip side will be coming soon

  • TY Good to see that your choice of music is on You Tube.

  • OMG!!! I have been looking for this song for YEARS! I can never find it...used to be on an old cassette I had that long since died. THank you, thank you, thank you! I love love love this song!!!

  • Great song! And yes, it was also one of the cuts on the "It was almost like a song" album.

  • Whhat song is on the flip side?

  • In 1980, 3 years after being included on the album It Was Almost Like A Song, Crystal Fallin' Rain was included on the B-side of a single. The featured song, coincidentally or not, was also rain-themed: the great Smoky Mountain Rain (which wasn't released until Greatest Hits, but is still one of his best recordings ever (and he almost never puts anything half-bad out))! It'd be unfair to compare & contrast them, but this is still great! Another song relating to rain would be nice: Sunday Rain!

  • My most favorite Ronnie Milsap song ever...even though it was not a big hit and you can't find it anywhere.

  • YOU can ALWAYS find a Ronnie Milsap song that you like! Great Video!

  • Vod Lucha Chem Pieva

  • I had this on cassette back in 1978. I was 12, but I loved country even then. This is an outstanding song.

  • I've been a fan of Ronnie Milsap for many years now, it's great to see many of his older songs posted on you tube for others to enjoy. Thank you for posting this song. There aren't too many singers today with the vocal range Ronnie has.

  • Mythid:

I saw Ronnie recently in concert. He still has that vocal range after 66 years! ! !

  • In my opinion it's one of the best lyrics in C&W history. I'm not a big fan of Ronnie Milsap generally, but this one is just fantastic

  • Thank you

  • TY oh so much!
