Good stuff: I never thought of using my hand wraps till I tore a hole within my boxing glove and scraped my knuckles. Now my knuckles bleed every time I punch the bag. So, the point is wear those hand wraps.

the point is never punch a punchin bag without some gloves.....even with wraps u still take skin off ur hands only time i punch without gloves is shadowboxing
