Elkton and Oregon DOT partner on bridge replacement

I remember this! My friend Rita and I were the first to drive on the new bridge! Rita lives down there in Elkton I'm actually headed down there Friday :)

Of course nothing was mentioned about all the uncaptured demolition waste that went in to the creek below. Another sweep it under the rug from none other than ODOT! Way to go tax money mongers.
