@atom93 all you need for sock poi is a pair of tube socks, low cut socks, 3 quarters, 2 nickels, 1 dime. just put the coins in the small socks and those inside the big socks. perfect weight for spinning. and it doesnt hurt at all

@atom93 You can eithe grab some tube socks and put tennis balls in them. or puncture the tennis balls and make a circle with some shoe lace, tie a knot and insert the knot into the hole of the tennes ball. or you can get some glowsticks and put shoe strings through them.
