i think cassi has a bigger future than tahnee and she's the best model, but she shouldn't win because it always felt like she didn't really want it as badly as tahnee. she was just there to get a prize, go home, feel good about herself, but it wasn't her passion. even after the show, priscilla's and elite offered her huge contracts, but she turned them down to be with her boyfriend, JUST as sharon predicted. tahnee rightfully won.
Like anyone cares what center of attention Tyra would do. Tyra runs a show for losers,not one winner having an impressive career like Alice.Cassi's career runs circles around Tyras "winners" also.Thats why for years Seventeen magazine was the only magizine willing to sponsor her show and the assortment of short chicks,old chicks,and chubbies.AU cycle 5 was a low point where it followed Tyras H.Y.H.C.T. (have you hugged a chubbie today) agenda and reduced itself to a joke.
Cassie didn't even deserve top two if it was America Tyra would have kicked her good for nothing lying attitude out. She flat out lied to everone even the judges from quiting smoking, quiting top model (twice), and to the judges. Only a pathetic person would tell the judges the 2 girls behind her only want to win for the money just to make herself look better. If I was one of those girls I would have thrown ALL her crap in the pool. Theres more to modeling than pretty pictures.
none of this two should have won ..... cassie because no one can guarantee that she is going to work after the show is done and tahnee because she is not a TOP MODEL .... europe or ny will never hire her for fashion, she is just a commercial girl and that's all ....

This feel good Tyra TV ,make another growing whitney win cost dearly.In cycle 7, just as with 6,no agents to see the girls,no recognition by the overseas fashion community.and again Jez had to fly there to take the shots. Alice opened the door to acceptance and credibility when only LA agents wanted them 4 1/2 years ago,but that is gone.Thats what happens when you make the courtneys of the world happy and send chubbies to do a top models job for cycles 4 and 5 like I have said all along..

Tahnee is just not as good a model as Cassie.She has only a semi clue of what she is doing.Back from London, Sarah says Tahnee follows direction but must follow it up with something of her own.The feedback from photpgraphers was that she has no imagination of her own and must be spoon fed direction in order to produce anything. Prior to that in the Chanel shot the photographer had to undelete a shot in the recycle bin taken during setup to present something usable for judging.
Oh my wordd... How anyone can call Tahnee 'chubby' is beyond my compehension. She's at the lower end of her weight for her height and just because she has a few more curves she's considered bigger. They are both equally beautiful in their own ways and the reason the model agents and designer and editor voted against her was to play it safe and not go against the industry norm. They kind of both deserved to win. x
Cassie has worked extensively in print and runway in Australia and I have not heard of any Australian designer or photographer having a problem. Meanwhile the industry sees Tahnee gaining a dress size every month as unprofesional and immature.For cycle 6 week 3 she was twice the size as when she auditioned. If not for her teenage following getting her work with sponsors only Priscilla would have already dumped her.

TAHNEE! she's amazing. she deserved it. she is a role model for young girls like me, her body and face are amazing. i believe claire should have been against her in the finale. claire is gorgeous. those two were definetly my favourites. i have been a fan of NTM in different countries,,,and I think cassie is one special model who can go international..really...I believe tanee is more on an actress personality...Of the two, Cassie is the model material...her photos are always wow...The first time i saw her , I thought she's already a professorial model because of her model look....I love her to do international...and i hope agencies all over the world took notice of her...

I think both of them were deserved the title. Cassi was always produce such a very beautiful photos (excluding the kotex one) and Tahnee's great personality and great body proportion. I think Tahnee was deserved the title a bit than Cassi because Cassi seems didn't really want the title, since the fourth week she always want to going home but never did.
No girl in cycle 6 top 4 got to see an agent on the overseas trip because this stupid decision cost the show it's credibility. Now they are no better off than Tyra.

Yes, I am being 100% serious. Cassi has become so much more successful then Tahnee post show. Cassi has walked in Australian Fashion week 2010 and Melbourne Fashion week 2010 for so many designers. She has become the face of Portmans, Ellery and Myer miss shop and has appeared in Oyster, Russh and Cleo magazines. Cassi also got offered to go to Paris by IMG and New York by Elite Models. Other then Tahnee's winner prizes, she has done Nivea and that's it.

The fact that the public got to vote and have power just reduces AusNTM cred. Out of all the NTM franchises, I feel this one consistantly has the most modelesque contestants, but the public are going to vote for who is the most personable for them. I honestly never understood what everyone saw in Cassi. She's a pretty natural model, but that shouldn't have gotten her so far. I think she was immature and definitely did NOT deeserve this.
Tahnee is not fat, a bit curvy, not as much as it's said though, and was the fittest. Cassi is really beautiful, but it took her a year after this to accept an agencies offer to join, so she is doing good now but it took her a year to grow up. Tahnee will make more money because commercials pay more than editorial. The fact that Cassi isn't too commercial means she'll earn a lot but not as much as Tahnee who would do commercials and do editorial, which her latest pictures show. Like them both :)
I really like how throughout the show cassi has matured. In the beginning of the show she never would have been that genuinely happy for tanhee but its nice to see that she has learnt from all the chances the judges gave her. =)
Both are gorgeous but in a quite different way. Tahnee looks great, no doubt she can be a successful model yet unlike Cassie, she does not have this special something to be a top model. So it did not came as a surprise that the people working in this business voted for Cassie. Yet again, I think that Alex Perry was right in saying that such a reward might be wasted on Cassee as she did not act as she really understood what's at stake. Her unmature behaviour did play against her.
it's interesting. The photographer, designer, agent, magazine director all wanted Cassie. But the models didnt think she was professional enough. I jus think the divide is interesting...

I liked Cassie much more. So often at Top Model in some country, the more commercial girls get chosen, the girls where the audience can relate to. But often they're not the ones that can do high fashion runways and photos.
I think they put Cassi into the finals only to confirm that Tahnee would win. Because if they had put Claire and Tahnee together in the finals, I have utmost confidence that Claire would've won hands down.

When shooting at the streetcar against the grafitti wall, Jonathon asks "you look unsure,are you unsure? Tahnees "I dont know"" is the cutest I don't know you will ever hear, but still it is... I don't know. Noone in the industry was impressed by her Harpers shots. Ice cream shoveling Tahnee never made on to Vogue AU's article on 2010's fastest rising models like Cassi.

Tahnee is just not as good a model as Cassie.She has only a semi clue of what she is doing.Back from London, Sarah says Tahnee follows direction but must follow it up with something of her own.The feedback from photpgraphers was that she has no imagination of her own and must be spoon fed direction in order to produce anything. Prior to that in the Chanel shot the photographer had to undelete a shot in the recycle bin taken during setup to present something usable for judging.

Oh my wordd... How anyone can call Tahnee 'chubby' is beyond my compehension. She's at the lower end of her weight for her height and just because she has a few more curves she's considered bigger. They are both equally beautiful in their own ways and the reason the model agents and designer and editor voted against her was to play it safe and not go against the industry norm. They kind of both deserved to win. x

Cassie has worked extensively in print and runway in Australia and I have not heard of any Australian designer or photographer having a problem. Meanwhile the industry sees Tahnee gaining a dress size every month as unprofesional and immature.For cycle 6 week 3 she was twice the size as when she auditioned. If not for her teenage following getting her work with sponsors only Priscilla would have already dumped her.

Cycles 4 and 5 got NY and London agents,cycle 6 girls got a lesser city and no agents,having to hop around in a silly TV show. If the girls of cycle 6 knew that Tahnee had chased away all credibility and agents and what their overseas trip would be, then their meeting with growing by the second Tahnee,(now twice the size as when she auditioned),would have been different. i have been a fan of NTM in different countries,,,and I think cassie is one special model who can go international..really...I believe tanee is more on an actress personality...Of the two, Cassie is the model material...her photos are always wow...The first time i saw her , I thought she's already a professorial model because of her model look....I love her to do international...and i hope agencies all over the world took notice of her...

They also picked Cassi over Clare, who is clearly more experienced and would be so more successful. I'm glad that Tahnee won. I don't think it's just her personality, it's everything. She's won challenges, took lovely photos, can walk, is healthy, and takes it all seriously.

I think both of them were deserved the title. Cassi was always produce such a very beautiful photos (excluding the kotex one) and Tahnee's great personality and great body proportion. I think Tahnee was deserved the title a bit than Cassi because Cassi seems didn't really want the title, since the fourth week she always want to going home but never did.

Yes, I am being 100% serious. Cassi has become so much more successful then Tahnee post show. Cassi has walked in Australian Fashion week 2010 and Melbourne Fashion week 2010 for so many designers. She has become the face of Portmans, Ellery and Myer miss shop and has appeared in Oyster, Russh and Cleo magazines. Cassi also got offered to go to Paris by IMG and New York by Elite Models. Other then Tahnee's winner prizes, she has done Nivea and that's it.

@drmaleeha The public vote counted as two judges making it possible for the public to outvote the professionals.I am convinced that Clare was eliminated because she would beat Tahnee in the public vote.With her out of the way Tahnee easily got 85% public vote over Cassie.And yes,I am afraid biase from Jodhi was simply replaced by bias from Sarah.With the fashion industry forcing major changes now,a Tahnee would stand no chance of winning cycle 6.

Don't get me wrong Tahnee is a lovely sweet funny girl and has a beautiful face but she should have come 3rd in this cycle with Cassie and Claire in the finale but awell at least the public voted Claire as there fave model shame the stubid judges put Tahnee through she looks like a girl I used to work with very pretty curvy yet she was not a model and either is Tahnee, wish Cassie had one she done so well in London I assume the Aussie market is very different to the british one?

Too late,cred hit zero.For cycle 6 NY,London,Paris,Milan would not have them and the city they traveled to had no agents wanting to see the girls. Again,making teens alergic to exercise feel better for a night has a price. Cycle 6 is down to final 3 and still no sign of Alice,her agents may have decided the show is too much of a stigma now as I also predicted.

The fact that the public got to vote and have power just reduces AusNTM cred. Out of all the NTM franchises, I feel this one consistantly has the most modelesque contestants, but the public are going to vote for who is the most personable for them. The fashion world doesn't really care (my brain wanted Cassi to win but my heart Tahnee). I agree with some comments that AusNTM choose for Australia as opposed to international potential. Aus need to scrap this live stuff before cred hits zero :(

Now more than a year after this decision left to teens voting at home,the professionals judging here were proven right.Cassies resume including Vogue completely trumps Tahnees.If not for sponsors Telstar and Harpers,Tahnee would have little to show for the past year.Making teens alergic to exercise feel good for a night has a price.If this show pulls a Tyra again and sends yet another oversized girl to NY it will be the last girl NY agrees to see again.

Tahnee is not fat, a bit curvy, not as much as it's said though, and was the fittest. Cassi is really beautiful, but it took her a year after this to accept an agencies offer to join, so she is doing good now but it took her a year to grow up. Tahnee will make more money because commercials pay more than editorial. The fact that Cassi isn't too commercial means she'll earn a lot but not as much as Tahnee who would do commercials and do editorial, which her latest pictures show. Like them both :)

Both are gorgeous but in a quite different way. Tahnee looks great, no doubt she can be a successful model yet unlike Cassie, she does not have this special something to be a top model. So it did not came as a surprise that the people working in this business voted for Cassie. Yet again, I think that Alex Perry was right in saying that such a reward might be wasted on Cassee as she did not act as she really understood what's at stake. Her unmature behaviour did play against her.
