The original PHM album has a certain sound the 2010 remaster does not. I dunno it is not so loud. Not that he remaster sounds bad, because it is a sweet ass upgrade. It sounds like a brand new NIN album IMO. NIN fans and new fans alike can now experience the album with a new clairty and the albums message is much more aggressive since the sound is more in your face.
