As an Arsenal fan, it makes me proud that the club has decided to take such an active role in supporting a charity. Last year it was Treehouse and this year it's Great Ormond's. Half a million makes such a difference to these charities and will go some way to changing the lives of many children.

In my opinion, Arsenal plays aesthetically pleasing football but their services to the community is what makes me a Gooner for life.
