I love my 325i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $150 and add around 9hp in the six-cylinder E30s and a bit less in the 318. That's the best value per HP gain... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

E30 series: 6.0-13.4hp gain

E36 series: 5.5-12hp gain

E46 series: 6.0-13.9hp gain

E92 series: 8.5+ hp gain

Z3/Z4 (all): 5.5-13.9hp gain

I’m happy with my E30 325is, but the only performance mods are ECU chip ($50) and the Signature Motoring performance intake for about $150. Signature Motoring kit adds around 11HP on the dyno, great sound, and the best performance upgrade for the money.

-Adds 9-11 HP

-Never replace filter again (K&N)

-GREAT SOUND

-Installs in maybe 30-45 min. K&N filter lasts a lifetime.

This car is pretty much stock. Nice condition though. I just bought a 1988 325is and had to put a 2k show paint job on it, replace a/c blower motor and the whole drive shaft. I added ///M foot pedals and ebrake had the car already doing 135 with only a chip upgrade done. This car will beat any stock ricer honda. The pull in all the gears is amazing. Great power. My horsepower is around 190 and torque is about 178. Best car to own and this is my first car haha.

Very simple: Full throttle and lift the gluch and then just push the brake so it'll stop but won't stop spinning the rear wheels (or front wheels if you have FWD car), if you have a car that has enough power to do it that is.

Easy.. if its an automatic hold down the brakes and smash the gas.. if its stick, rev the fucker to bout 5k rpm and dump the clutch. dont use the hand brake as these cars are rear wheel drive and u will only be locking them up which is counter productive. btw congrats i had a 525i too, wish i still had it.
