@BillboardPaul don't use the spade, instead use the other item to dig the bone. Only dig where you can click and see the red click keep trying and hopefully you get it...

umm i decided not to dig on the corners for the talisman and i found it 1 square above the bottom left corner. i found it in about 5 minutes

PICKPOKET PEOPLE UNTIL UR LVL 25

If you have done the thieving guild quest you can pickpocket the masters there and you would get extra xp and easy leveling if not start wth man/woman untill about 5-10. Then you can either go to ardougne and steal cakes untill 25 or go to farmers at lvl 10 and get lvl 15 then go to ham headquaters.
