  • I worked with Sue Mroz in Rockford for 2 1/2 years and you couldn't ask for a warmer, more giving, nicer person. I hope Sue does check this page so she could know how much people respected and liked her. I was a Production Assistant when I met her and she treated me like I was the General Manager.

  • I DROPPED the HL-77 off a TRIPOD once on a commercial shoot. We'd had it about a year at the time. It was a $40k camera and the fix job costs like $10k as I recall. LUCKY as hell they didn't fire me. The station woulda about broke even, HAD they, given the princely sum I was getting paid at the time!

  • We still had those Ikegami Cameras when I was at WIFR in 90-91.....those things weighed a ton and were always breaking down.....used the old battery bricks which stayed charged for about 5 minutes if you were lucky! I worked with Andy Gannon, Sterlin Benson and of course Sue Mroz.....the Queen of the Cumulus clouds and a heck of a nice lady!

  • Yes, that WAS Sue and I THINK she checks this YouTube page!

  • was that sue? she was a hottie

  • That was pretty cool...
