It's when Dean's making the reservations for the motel room and he sees the kid pouring milk for his little brother in the background. It's right before a flashback.

Er- the episode with the girl shooting at Dean is "Asylum". She didn't actually shoot Dean, she just came very close to it. Hence Dean's "damnit". Through the magic of many clips, I made it look like she did when she didn't.

The other flashbacks are in the episode called "Something Wicked" its in Season 1 after the episode Hell House. Its a great eppie if you havnt seen it!
