I shook mine after it said files missing and it started working again...

if u get that system files missing screen and ur computer stops recognizing it then scrap it and get a ipod. impossible to fix

That's just nonsens. I got that message and I fixed it by installing rockbox. My h10 20G is now better than ever before...
