I lived in KHI during 90s. They asked for autonomy too but that was for recognition and opportunities. The province of sindh accounts for 27% of the population of Pakistan and it accounts for the 65% of Pakistan's economy (mostly out of KHI). That is not fair. Balochistan accounts for 11% of Pakistani population and only accounts for 3% of the economy. But as urdu speaking people asked for autonomy, so are Balochis. This does not mean being anti-state. I find this interesting - I am half Sindhi and Balochi - Born and raised in Karachi - Both my grandfathers died in Quetta and as much as i am a hosh posh of everything, i am still a Pakistani.
