I'm guessing they are gonna Peter Parker is taking pictures and Iron-Man saves him before he was gof, and says something like "leave the hero business to the superheroes ok kid?" or something off color lPeter isn't a superhero, \not knowing he's really spider-man which would probably get a cheap laugh from the crowd like "haha he's spider-man they have no idea haha" I can see that happening

In this new trilogy Andrew is spidey and when the movie comes out I think you, me ,and the other millions of people that liked Toby as Spidey will be overly satisfied and have us believing that Andrew is the true Spider-Man.

@Venom2000000 well, heres something you might not have thought about, it is litterally impossible for Spiderman to be in the Avengers movie because The Amazing Spiderman movie comes out 2 months after The Avengers movie, in other words, Peter isn't even spiderman yet...IT'S IMPOSSIBLE for spiderman to be in the movie. If anything Peter will just be taking pictures of the battle.

i looked up if there is a confirmation of the cameo of spiderman in the avengers and says that kevin fiege has admitted that spiderman will be in the avengers, but not in a minute, probably like 2 or 10 seconds of him webbing around in the background during the battle scene in New York City

@Venom2000000 i think they should have a post-credits video with tony stark (downey jr.) sitting down with the avengers and picking up a newspaper which happens to be the daily bugle and shows the headline and a picture of Spider-Man with the headline saying "WHO IS THIS SPIDER-MAN?" and Tony looks at this and says "Who would wear blue and red tights and doing stupid things while roaming around New York City?"
